SCEGGS is a unique school – situated in the heart of Australia’s busiest city, it possess only a small population of 900 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. It is not an academically selective school but it achieves outstanding academic results.
This project was a chance to really discover the audience, brand and user-journeys to create a cohesive, dynamic web experience akin to the girls themselves. We fleshed out new brand devices and design language to guide both digital & offline assets into a new decade.
The end result celebrates the true essence of the school – in that the girls are what really makes the brand, not the uniform and crest. The design elements are contemporary, organic and open to interpretation. A number of modules are at the content producers fingertips to produce compelling, visually rich user experiences akin to touring behind the green gate itself.
In addition, a new newsletter ‘Behind the Green Gate’ was built on our Buzz platform – allowing multiple authors to contribute to regularly inform the school community of latest news & events.
