What we did

  • UX / Strategy
  • Websites

The Down Syndrome Federation provide a range of supports and services for people with Down syndrome, their families and supporters. They work to create change in social and public policy and ensure people understand the experiences of people with Down syndrome and their families.

Historically, each state & territory in Australia had an independent web presence and domain. This project sought to unify the voice of the association to streamline communications and bring the organisation under the one look at feel to create a cohesive brand experience, nation wide. This amalgamation shares information and resources previously needlessly duplicated into a single source of truth.

As such, significant user experience journeys were explored to ensure a seamless transition and consistency. Collaboration between the state bodies to understand priorities and issues to solve a multitude of user challenges.
